🖥️ Kiosk provisioning — BuiltStack iPad fleet

Each iPad locks to ONE store's kiosk. In Mosyle → Web Clip → Single App Mode, paste that store's URL below. Assign an iPad to a store here to track which iPad sits where. To move an iPad to a new store, change its store here and update the URL in Mosyle.

📈 Growth — who brings the shops, what they earn

📊 Active subscriptions by source

🌱 What's working — activation by source

Which channel actually turns into active accounts (trial month done + subscribed). Higher % = pour more here.

🌳 Where accounts come from

The referral tree — you at the root, then partners & shops, then who each of them brought in.
⚙️ Money knobs — cost rate & barber credit
Cost rate is the slice of revenue eaten by Twilio/Square/hosting — Rafael's share is a % of NET (revenue minus this). Barber credit is what a shop earns off its OWN bill for each shop it refers (capped at their bill, so it is always profitable).

💼 You — shops you onboarded

🤝 Partners (Rafael) — share of NET profit

Share auto-climbs by how many of their shops are paid + active 30+ days (20% → 50%). Equity is manual — you set it deliberately, code never does.

✂️ Barbers — Refer & Earn leaderboard

Each shop refers others and earns credit off its own bill. Refer enough and the shop runs free.
